Biography

Jayne is one of the founders of the Association of Integrative Coach-Therapist Professionals (AICTP),which was formed in 2012 and became Chair of the Association in November 2014.

AICTP mission is:- “To promote the professional practice of integrating coaching and therapy, to provide the best possible support for coach-therapist practitioners, to develop understanding of best practice in the field, and to promote and safeguard the interests of clients.”

Jayne has a Graduate Diploma in Counselling, an MSc with distinction in Personal and Corporate Coaching and is an NLP and MBTI Practitioner. She was a founder executive member of the BACP Coaching division.

Jayne has been working with individual change for over 15 years. She works in an integrative way responding to the specific needs of the individual, team or organisation that she is working with, and is passionate about the process of sustainable change. She has specialised in working in areas such as stress management, communication, time management, presentation, management and leadership with great success. 

In addition to her freelance work Jayne was a visiting lecturer for Hull University where she taught Counselling and Coaching to degree level and is currently a guest lecturer at University of East London delivering a Coaching module at MSc level.
