Biography

Liz Hall is an award-winning journalist, coach and mindfulness teacher/trainer to coaches, leaders and the general public. Clients include/have included News UK; Imperial College; Kent County Council and the NHS.

She is the editor and co-owner of Coaching at Work magazine and the author of Mindful Coaching (Kogan Page, 2013) and Coaching in Times of Crisis and Transformation (Kogan Page, 2015). She contributed chapters on mindfulness to Mastery In Coaching (Association for Coaching/Kogan Page, 2014); Mindfulness in Organisations: Foundations, Research and Applications

(Cambridge University Press, 2015), and Developing Mental Toughness in Young People (Karnac, 2014). She has also written and worked for publications including The Guardian, The Financial Times, The Observer, The

Daily Mail, People Management, Personnel Today, Doctor, Hospital Doctor, Occupational Health, Training Magazine, Employers´ Law, Spirituality &

Health, and Mandala magazine. She is passionate about how mindfulness and compassion can heal and transform, helping us lead authentic, courageous and ethical lives.
