Edna Murdoch – Co-Founder and Chief Executive of the CSA

Edna Murdoch is Co-Founder and Chief Executive of the international Coaching Supervision Academy, published writer and author in the professional press.

Edna has been at the forefront of the supervision profession since 1991, pioneering the integration of classic supervision models with latest research findings in neuroscience, quantum physics and the contemplative traditions.

Edna coined the phrase “WHO you are is HOW you coach”. The Coaching Supervision Academy’s flagship Diploma in Coaching Supervision is now run in the UK, France, USA, Canada and Asia Pacific.

Before this Edna trained and worked as an Educator, Careers Advisor, Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor and Business Leader. Her vision is to extend the global reach and relevance of supervision for people who work with people.
