Gill Smith – UK Chair and an Honorary Life Fellow of the Association for Coaching

Gill is UK Chair and an Honorary Life Fellow of the Association for Coaching.

As an experienced and accredited Executive Coach, she works with individual leaders and organisations across the UK. She draws on her training in applied neuroscience to build trust in the coaching relationship, exploring what is in the client’s internal and external system and developing capacity, going beyond the presenting issues and goals. After an early career in advertising, in 1994 Gill was a founding partner in Vision point, a strategy development consultancy.

She is now a partner in The Brain@Work, making neuroscience accessible to organisations so they become more productive places to work.
