Sarah Baker is a coach and counsellor and lecturer at the University of Bedfordshire.

Sarah has also provided research consultancy to the Open University. Her recent research has investigated practitioners’ views of the boundaries between coaching and counselling. The studies aimed to whether discrete areas of practice could be clearly identified.
