Biography

Chris McUtchen is a Performance Coach within Asia Pacific, delivering courses to executives and teams from a diverse range of Fortune 500 companies focused on increasing engagement, energy management and productivity in and out of the workplace.

Chris has worked for over 10 years in Asia Pacific and beyond presenting various Energy Management and Human Capital focused programs and is considered a subject matter expert across areas of productivity and engagement, strategic alignment and change management strategies. He has worked within the space of behavioral and company change since graduating from La Trobe University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science majoring Behavioral Science.

Chris has designed and implemented Health, Engagement and Performance based programs all over Europe and Asia Pacific with the focus on sustainable, positive behavioral change. Recently, he has won awards for implementing programs in ground break health behavior change projects in the global shipping and logistics industry.

Chris consults to Fortune 500 companies globally with clients such as GlaxoSmithKline, Exxon Mobil and Hyundai-Kia Group. Chris is currently a Master Facilitator of the Energy for Performance in Life™ program for Johnson and Johnson; presenting globally for the past 6 years with exceptionally high levels of participant feedback.

Chris regularly competes in Half Ironman events all across Asia Pacific and enjoys taking his surfboard whenever he travels to continue his love for surfing and the outdoors. He finds intense and heartfelt satisfaction and fulfillment in helping individuals and companies reach a higher level of performance through managing self-awareness in the various dimensions of energy and productivity. Chris currently lives in Melbourne Australia.
