Rod Napier was doing executive coaching before there was such a thing. He was a leader in the first years of the Group dynamics movement, when a professor at Temple University. One of his contributions was the creation of the first 360 degree feedback in management consulting.
He has authored or co-authored eleven books including, The Courage to Act, Measuring what Matters, and seven editions of Groups:Theory and Experience.
He is currently completing Intentional Leadership and the Art of Design.
Rod now teaches Executive Coaching at Penn, consults and has a private coaching practice.
