Using supervision to support and enhance professional practice and avoid burnout
Session Summary:
“In supervision we rewrite our stories of our practice. It wakes us up to what we are doing”
Sheila Ryan in ‘Vital Practice” 2004
In this session we explore what supervision is, how it works, and why it is so critical for people who work with people, to ensure sustained wise, courageous, creative and compassionate professional practice – without burnout.
