Biography

Ursula Pottinga, CPCC, PCC, BCC, has a background in International Hotel Management, which has led her to live in Europe, Canada and the U.S.A. A graduate of the Coaches Training Institute’s certification program in 2000, Ursula coaches and trains people in the area of transformational leadership and effectiveness.

As the co-founder and president of Profound Growth, she leads teams and individuals to greater performance, resilience and engagement. Her international experience has led her to become an expert in change management.

She studied Neuroscience at the Mindsight Institute (Dr. Dan Siegel).

As the co-founder of BEabove Leadership, she has created and leads internationally BEabove’s flagship Advanced Coaching Program: Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching together with her business partner Ann Betz. (details about BEabove Leadership below).

Ursula has co-authored a number of books:

Create A New Normal, Universal Intentions and was a contributing author for “A Guide to Getting It: Powerful Management Skills”.

She is an International Speaker and Presenter on topics of transformation and neuroscience.

ABOUT BEABOVE LEADERSHIP

Ann Betz, CPCC, and Ursula Pottinga, CPCC, co-founded BEabove Leadership in 2003. Since then, they have trained and coached individuals and groups all over the world on the connection between neuroscience and consciousness to drive interpersonal and organizational transformation. They developed and co-lead the popular training program for advanced coaches, Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching, as well as a program for Executive Coaches, HR and OD professionals.
Ursula draws on her 25 years of experience in international business and professional development to improve performance, engagement and change. She is a masterful coach and experienced facilitator.

Born and raised in Germany, she coaches in both German and English.
